Eleváre Jewelry was founded by Angela Zatopek, a Texas native and television host whose career took off after winning an NBC TV reality competition series from Executive Producer Eva Longoria and hosted by E! News Giuliana and Bill Rancic.
Zatopek gained international recognition with her public stance on purity and waiting for marriage. An audience member during a taping of the show complimented Angela on the commitment ring she was wearing at the time.
It was there Angela found inspiration and decided to create a Christian jewelry line designed for fashion-forward women of faith.
Following the NBC series, Angela discovered a village along the Nile River in Uganda while working as a reporter. Run by missionaries, Wakisi provides a safe haven for orphans and widows.
Eleváre School in Mashah Village educates children exposed to terrorism and sex trafficking. Angela was moved by the work being done there to elevate the least among us. She wanted to carry the spirit of that village in her jewelry line to “elevate others” and chose the name Eleváre.
Angela still does extensive work with missionaries in Wakisi and continues her commitment to purity before marriage.
Zatopek currently lives in Indianapolis and loves helping others in navigating being a woman of God in today’s fast-moving culture. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and baking.
